PACKAGING QR GUIDE

What is a packaging QR code?

A packaging QR code is a scannable link printed on a product label, bag or box. It can open a mobile-friendly page with the information that is most useful after someone takes a product home, without requiring an app or customer account.

What can it open?

For a physical brand, the destination can explain the product, show preparation or care guidance, provide ingredients or material details, introduce related products and make it easy to send an order enquiry on WhatsApp. The right content depends on the product and is approved by the merchant.

Why use a permanent QR?

The printed code can stay the same while the linked page is updated. That lets a merchant correct guidance, refresh a catalogue or change availability without reprinting every package. The package remains the merchant's; the QR simply gives it a useful digital layer.

How AgainTag uses it

AgainTag sets up a merchant-owned digital product experience around approved product information and a practical next step. An order enquiry is not checkout: the merchant confirms availability, final price, payment and fulfilment directly with the customer.

Start with one useful customer question

Good QR destinations answer a clear question, such as how to use a product, where it came from or how to enquire about another one. Start with the information customers need most, then keep it accurate as the product changes.
